Guideline for DSP Module report
2017/11/14
I. Format:

1. Each team reports for 40 mins
2. 10 mins for Q&A
3. Break for 10 mins.

II. Report guideline:

1. (Use old materials) Background and problems to be solved. -- about 5 slides.
2. (Use old materials) Key design concept (abstract level without going into details) - about 5 slides.
3. (Use old materials) Key experimental (simulation) results and effectiveness for the target problem - about 3 slides
4. (New in report) One tutorial example -- like the Reed Solomon encode/decode simple case on 11/14/2017 lecture -- about 5 slides
5. (New in report) Is there any new applications for your selected DSO Module? List at least one. Can Google (or use Google Scholar
https://scholar.google.com.tw/ ) to check if there's any new application.
For example,
- FFT to UWB wireless systems [1] and CT [2]
- CORDIC for Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) unit in OFDM system [3][4]
- RNS to Secuirty or high-performance computing (Prof. Chip Hong Chang)
- Systolic array to Machine Learning acceleration.
6. (New in report) Add more recent works published in recent years. Add to slide with at least three new most related reference.
